Terms of Service

1. What TeeBooked is
TeeBooked is a booking-assistance service for golfers. You give us a booking link to your own golf club, tell us the game(s) you want (day, time window, group size), and give us permission to log in on your behalf, using your own membership credentials, to watch for and book matching tee times the moment they become available.
TeeBooked is not a scalping service or a reseller. It does not book slots for resale, does not operate multiple accounts per membership, and does not act on any club account other than one you are personally entitled to use.
2. Eligibility & your authorisation
By connecting a club account to TeeBooked, you confirm that:
- You are the legitimate member or account holder (or have the club's or account holder's explicit permission) for the account you connect.
- You authorise TeeBooked to log into that account, using the credentials you provide, solely to check tee-time availability and make bookings that match the preferences you set.
- You will not use TeeBooked to book slots for resale, for people outside your own group, or in any way that breaches your club's membership rules.
- One club membership connects to one TeeBooked account.
You may revoke this authorisation at any time by deleting your saved game(s), removing your credentials, or cancelling your subscription — see §7.
3. Risk you're accepting (read this one properly)
Golf booking platforms generally prohibit automated or third-party access in their own terms. TeeBooked logs in as you, using your own valid credentials — meaningfully different from scraping or credential theft, but it may still breach the rules you agreed to with your club or its booking provider.
You acknowledge and accept that: your club or its platform may detect third-party access and could warn, suspend, or restrict your membership account; TeeBooked is not responsible for any action your club or its platform takes against your account; and while we behave conservatively (human-like pacing, no bulk collection of data), we cannot eliminate this risk. If this risk is not acceptable to you, do not use the service.
4. Fees, billing, and the guarantee
- Plans and current prices are shown on our pricing page. Subscriptions bill monthly in advance via Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
- There are no separate access fees or per-booking fees on top of your plan price.
- Guarantee: if we fail to secure a game you've asked us to watch and book, through our fault (not yours, not your club's system, not events outside our control — see §5), that month is refunded in full. This is a service-level promise, not a right to a refund for change of mind.
- You can cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. What we don't promise
- We do not guarantee any specific tee time will be available — availability is entirely controlled by your club.
- We are not liable for club system outages, credential changes on the club's end, club rule changes, or technical changes by the booking platform that break our ability to access it (we will make reasonable efforts to adapt, but cannot guarantee continuity).
- The service is provided "as is" and on a best-efforts basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is capped at the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
6. Your credentials & data
We store your club login credentials using encryption designed so they can only be decrypted briefly, at the moment of use, to perform a booking action you've requested. See our Privacy Policy for full detail on how this works and what rights you have over your data.
7. Cancellation & termination
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by emailing support@teebooked.com. We will delete your stored club credentials within 7 days of cancellation unless you ask us to keep them for a future resubscription.
- We may suspend or terminate any account we reasonably believe is being used to resell slots, operate multiple fake accounts, or otherwise abuse the service.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app before they take effect.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
